Leona Hodson

Leona Marie Hodson, age 80, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2015 at her home in Clarksville.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2015 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Leona entered into this life on June 1, 1935 in Port Lavaca, Texas, daughter to the late Ephram and Flora Hill McAnally. Leona was joined in matrimony on April 29, 1953 to the late John Hodson. She was retired from a career in sales and enjoyed sewing and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Leona was preceded in death by her sons, John Hodson, Jr. and Richard Paul Hodson. Surviving are her children Elizabeth A. Price, Cynthia Marie Walder, Dorothy Dyone Ketron, George William Hodson, and Diana Lynn Dutton; twelve grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to either the American Heart Association or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
