Lena M. Eyclesheimer, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Deacon Dominick Azzara will be officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
Lena's family will receive friends on Friday, March 16, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
She entered into this life on April 28, 1936 to the late James and Maebelle Mann Lindsey. Lena was a Christian, and great teacher of life to her family and especially her children. She was a positive role model to those around her. She is survived by her husband, Charles Eyclesheimer; sons, Larry Lamar Chambless, Michael Gary (Angie) Chambless, James Ronald Chambless, and John Gregory Chambless; daughters, Tina Marie (Scott) Horton, Tammy Eyclesheimer-Compton, Leighton Collis, Krista Eyclesheimer, and Joanie Freeze;brother, James (Dot) Lindsey; sister, Grace (Don) Taapken, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Elaine Flowers. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
