Larry entered into this life on June 5, 1948 in Montgomery County, Tennessee to the late Albert and Cappie Jackson Seay. He had worked for Cougar Packaging and was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
In addition to his parents Larry was predeceased by his siblings, Alfred, Mary, Helen, Gladys, Harry and Bobby Seay, Ruth Glisson, Amaryllis McCord, and Margarite Johnson. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Ray Seay, son, Chase (Kim) Seay, and his sister, Shirley Weatherford.
