Laranda Williams

Laranda Faith Williams, age 48, of Clarksville, TN passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022.

Celebration of Life will be held 3 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2022 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Evangelist Margaret Sparkman officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. and again on Friday from 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Laranda entered this life on October 10, 1973, in Montgomery County, TN to Lloyd Newman and Marsha Groves Cerda. She enjoyed photography, and decorating for each season, particularly fall. Laranda enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter, who she loved dearly. Together they enjoyed pageants.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 29 years, Markis Williams; sons, Jordin Newman (Jaileen Falcon), and Austin Williams; granddaughter, Abigail Williams; siblings, Shane Newman, and Amber Newman, and several nieces and nephews. Laranda also leaves behind her beloved pets, Bailey and Sadie.
Pallbearers will be Pete Peterson, Joe Lallo, Ramonn Williams, James Williams, Jr., Antione Lyle, and Andre Slayden. Honorary pallbearers will be Corey Baynham, and Tyronne Baynham.

Flower girls will be Rylee Lallo, Nurey Gibson, Dwanna Bowen, Dakisha Slayden, Chynyfa Slayden, and Catherine Baynham.
