Kirk Bailey

Kirk Aaron Bailey, 24, Adams, died Sunday, April 18, 2010, in Clarksville. His life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of spirit far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His sparkling smile and laughing eyes brought light into the lives around him. He was born May 24, 1985 in Frankfurt, Germany, son of Derek and Sandra Denney Bailey. Kirk was a 2003 graduate of Kenwood High School, 2005 Graduate of Sullivan University, a Chef at Hananoki, an APSU Accounting Major, attended the Episcopal Church and avid weight lifter. Family and friends are invited to join a celebration of life ceremony. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 12 noon until the hour of service, 2 p.m. Thursday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Dorothy Hartzog. All family and friends will be invited to share their thoughts and words. Kirk is survived by his loving parents of Muncie, IN; brother, Brett Bailey; and sister, Tara Bailey; grandmothers, Barbara Lanter and Violet Denney; and many friends and co-workers.
