Kimberly Rose Nichols, age 51, of Hendersonville, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Robertson officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Kim's family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Kimberly entered into this life on August 26, 1970 at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky to Gene (Nick) Nichols and Betty Taylor Nichols. Kimberly worked in medical coding for Vanderbilt Univ. Medical Center. As a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and woman of deep faith, she worshiped and was a member at Hilldale Baptist Church.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Pam N. Griffing, Berry Nichols, and Ellen Nichols. She also was preceded by her beloved companion dog, Buttons.
Survivors include her mother, Betty Nichols; her brothers, Jeff Chandler and his wife Lesa, Jason Chandler and his wife Jill, and Mike Nichols; nephews, Nicholas Chandler and Ted Morrison; and nieces, McKamie Chandler and Stacy Williams-Atkinson.
Everyone that knew Kim knew she was an avid UT Vols. In recognition of her love for the Vols, it's asked that attendees show out in their favorite UT orange attire.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations by made in memory of Kim to the Missions Ministry of Hilldale Baptist Church, 2001 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37043.
