Kenny Ray Goodwin age 62 of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at his residence.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday and from 12 noon until the hour of service on Friday at the funeral home.
Kenny was born on September 18, 1952 in Bluefield, West VA, the son of Elvis Edward Goodwin and Clara Elizabeth Corner Goodwin. He was a retired Master Sargent of the U.S. Army and was the retired director of environmental services at Blanchfield Community Hospital. He attended Salem United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife Sheila Goodwin; daughters, Melissa (Wes) Mixon and Stacey (Ben) Irish; brother, Randy Goodwin; sisters, Mary Elizabeth Simpkins, Doris Shoemaker, and Sandi Sykes; 3 grandchildren, Evan Mixon, Raegan Irish, and Sydney Irish. .
Pallbearers will be Michael Simpkins, Stephen Shelton Camiolo, Erik Goodwin, Will Rodgers, Shannon LeBerte, and Jamie Tallent.
