Kenneth Poole

Kenneth Gray Poole, 75, Clarksville, died Friday, July 2, 2010, at Select Specialty Hospital, Nashville. A celebration of life service will be held at 12 noon Wednesday at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Smith officiating. Burial will be in Adkins Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Poole was born August 8, 1934 in Montgomery County, TN, son of Willie E. and Cora Nicholson Poole. He was owner of an auto retail business and had been in sales for over thirty years, was a member of Walton's Chapel United Methodist Church, an Austin Peay alumnus, and loved golf. In addition to his wife Peggy Dickerson Poole, he is survived by his sons Mark Poole and Greg Poole, and sister Margie Gupton, all of Clarksville. Pallbearers will be David Shirley, Bennie Gupton, Michael Smith, Brian Ellis, Richard Hewitt, Ken Murphy, Jonathan Beasley, and Tim Robbins.
