Keith Adkins

Keith Irene Adkins, age 88, of Palmyra, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Keith was born May 18, 1933, in Houston County, to the late Herman Clay Lyle and Irene Lyle. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Bell Adkins, five brothers and one sister.
Mrs. Adkins retired from Southern Gage Company in Erin, where she worked in accounting for several years. After retirement she worked at Hilltop Grocery in Clarksville. She attended the Palmyra United Methodist Church.
Service will be held Tuesday, June 15 at 11:00 a.m. at Nave Funeral Home in Erin, with Dr. Betty Meriwether officiating. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be at Lewis Cemetery.
Keith is survived by a son, Dennis Adkins, and a daughter, Saundra Rougemont, both of Clarksville. She has two grandchildren, Jacob Rougemont and Cheree Rougemont (Justin), of Clarksville, and a great grandchild, Colton Cross.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
