Katie Mae Johnson, age 66 of Clarksville, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Kail officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the hour of service on Sunday at the funeral home.
Katie was born on August 29, 1948 in Clarksville, the daughter of the late William Hubert Clark and Cora Ellen Johnson Clark. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Johnson and her grandson, Christopher Wayne Harrison.
She worked at Acme Boot Factory.
Katie is survived by her daughters, Terri Harrison Walker and Kim Harrison Merrell; step-son, David (Lindsey) Johnson; step-daughter, Suzanne (Craig) Cain; grandchild, Jessica (Chris) Bridges; great-grandchildren, Zach Harrison, Bella Brake, Griffin Johnson, Hayden Johnson, Kaylen Bridges, Christian Cain, and Ivey Cain.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
