Kathleen Rushing

Kathleen Olive Rushing, 86, Tn.Ridge, died Thursday, November 13,2008, at Signature Health Care. The funeral will be held at 2pm Sunday at Tennessee Ridge Baptist Church with Bro.Charles Potter officiating. Burial will be in McDonald Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:30pm till 8pm Saturday and from 8am till service Sunday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born January 22,1922 in Houston County,Tn. daughter of the late Erwin and Nancy Cloda Barnes Hutchens.She was preceded in death by her husband James Rushing. She was a member of Tennessee Ridge Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons Daniel Rushing of Ocaca,Fl.James Darol Rushing of Clarksville,Tn.Derwin Rushing of Pittsburg,Pa.one sister Frances Blair of Tn.Ridge,Tn.seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ray Tomlinson, Charlie Lair, Joey Rouse, Mike Haydon, Dickie Sykes, Freddie Sykes, Daniel Rushing, Ricky McPherson.
