Kathirene Collins

Kathirene Irlene Collins, 70, Clarksville, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010, at Clarksville Nursing and Rehab. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. David Mackens Officiating. Burial will be in Gum Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home. She was born December 16, 1939 in Clarksville and was preceded in death by her parents, William John and Elsie Black Clark; husband, Francis Collins; and her son, Vincent Collins. Mrs. Collins was a Baptist and a Hairdresser. Survivors include her brothers, Glen Clark, Clarksville, Howard Clark, Fort Lauderdale, FL; sister, Martha Huggins, Clarksville; loving nieces and nephews; and her devoted friend, Cris Hopkins. Pallbearers will be Danny Clark, Don Malkowski, Brian Huggins, Harry Clark, Ronald Deffendoll, Danny Deffendoll, Chris Clark, Jacob Deffendoll, Darnell Black and Matt Clark.
