Karen Grizzard Stagner, 46, Cunningham, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Clarksville, Faith Chapel, with the Revs. Michael Koontz and Monty Flannigan officiating. Burial will follow at Gum Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church.
Karen was born January 17, 1966 in Montgomery County, TN, daughter of Bill and Frances Bowles Grizzard. Karen was a 1984 graduate of Northwest High School. She was an Administrative Executive Assistant with Regions Bank and a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she leaves behind to cherish her in memories her husband, Jeff Stagner; her children, Jared Blake Stagner and Lindsey Nicole Stagner; her brothers and their wives, Ron and Karen Grizzard and Calvin and Donna Grizzard; father and mother by marriage, Carl and Patsy Bryant Stagner; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Evan Sivels, Trevor Moore, Trey Moore, Jared Elliott, Dakota Brown, Dylan Perkins, Cory Arms, and Ryan Arms.
Karen's family would like to acknowledge the compassion and care extended to them by their Regions Bank family throughout this difficult time.
