Kai Kosik

Kai Uwe Kosik, 43, Harrison, TN, formerly of Clarksville, died Tuesday, June 10, 2008, at Memorial North Park Hospital, Chattanooga. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel. Burial will be in Sunny View Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. Kosik was a commercial construction worker and of the Pentecostal Faith. Survivors include his son, Kai Kosik; daughters, Amber Nicole Fuqua, Clarksville, Nettie Elizabeth Fowler, Indian Mound, Ashley Kosik, Virginia; brother, Otto Kosik, Georgia; sisters, Burgett Bingham, Texas, Elka Burkhalter, Arizona; fiance, Lori Yvette Sumler, Harrison.
