He was born on December 14, 1991 in Portland Oregon.
Justin leaves behind a loving family; Father Gregg Caldwell, Stepmother Desiree Caldwell, Mother Tracy Turk, Stepfather David Turk, brother Zachary Caldwell and Wife Toni, brother Brandon Caldwell, Grandparents Willie and Barbara Taylor. Grandparents that preceded him in death Bob and Cecilia Hill. He also leaves behind many friends in both Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
