Junior P. "Jay" Goins, U. S. Army retired now has a new address: Heaven.
Son of the late Houston and Gertrude Hodge Goins. Preceded in death by twin brother and sister (Gene and Geri) and infant son. Survived by wife of 57 years Joan Quinn Goins; sons Steve (Alyssa), Alan (Wendy); grandchildren Drew (Rachel), Diana (Mark), Emily (Ryan), Casey, Corey (Jennifer), Kyler, Cody, Kallie; great granddaughter Alana, great grandson due in April; sister Barbara; several special nieces and nephews.
Active member of FBC Clarksville. Loved God, family, church and country.
Visitation 2-5 PM, Sunday, January 5th at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and 9-10 AM Monday, January 6th at the church. Celebration of life 10 AM, Monday, January 6th at FBC Clarksville Faith Building, officiated by Dr. John David Laida and Dr. Dennis Pulley, followed by full Military Service at KY Veterans Cemetery West. Grandchildren will be pallbearers.
