Julie entered this life on February 23, 1945 in Montgomery County, TN to the late Jody and Lois Ingram Seay. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading. Julie was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked in the healthcare industry for many years.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, James Seay, Wayne Seay, Joe Seay, and Wanda Flatt.
She is survived by her son, Scott (Jan) Ellis; grandson, Matthew Ellis, great-grandson, Matty Ellis; siblings, Margaret Lampley, Patricia Seay, Mary Ann Stacey, and Sandy Spann.
