Julia Ann Evans, 61, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12 noon Friday, September 2, 2011 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Oliver officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home.
Julia was born September 5, 1949 in Montgomery County, TN, daughter of Odell and Stacey and Margie Hightower Davidson. She was a homemaker and a member of Olivet Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Lonnie Evans, Sr., sons Lonnie Evans, Jr. and Christopher Evans, daughter Samantha (Kevin) Burgess, grandchildren Heather Renee Evans, Rachel Leigh Evans, John Wesley Evans, Michael Allen Evans, Bradley Wayne Evans, and Tyler Allen Evans, and great-grandchild Jordan Riley Evans, all of Clarksville.
Pallbearers will be Lonnie Evans, Jr., Christopher Allen Evans, Jimmy Evans, Artie Evans, Wayne Evans, and Sterling Anthony.
