Juanita Dean Smith, age 65, Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Skyline Medical Center.
A private service will be held at a later date. The remains are to be cremated.
Juanita was born September 26, 1947 in Louisville, KY to James H. Smith and Darothy Dean Young Smith. She operated the Busy Bee Restaurant for 14 years, was a member of the League of Angels, and was a Christian.
Juanita was preceded in death by a great grandson, Evan O'neil McWhorter, Jr. and her sister, Carolyn Lee Bryant.
Survivors include her children, Jackie Webb, Jennifer Hazlett, and James D. Brown, Jr., former son-in-law, John David Hazlett, grandchildren, Juanita Marie, Denise, Steven, Tiffanie, Nikki, Zach, and Dustin, great grandchildren, Nicolett, Kaitlyn, Haylee, Carter, Brailey, Brenden, Christopher, siblings, Judy Bowers, Barbara Crotzer, Dorita Jeffries, Phyllis Self, Donna Curtsinger, Sherrie Ann Foulks, James H. "Sonny" Smith II, Gary Smith, Danny Smith, Eugene Smith, all of Clarksville, and Robert A. Smith of Rushville, IL.
