Joyce Rushing

Joyce Ann Rushing, age 72, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 6, 2023, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. David Mackens officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Joyce entered this life on December 22, 1950, in Montgomery County, TN to George Allen Self and Helen Rittenberry Self. She was a member of Lone Oak Baptist Church and enjoyed dancing, watching TV, reading, and Elvis Presley. Joyce was employed by Clarksville Memorial Hospital, where she worked in hospital nutrition.
She is preceded in death by her father.
In addition to her mother, she leaves behind her son, Mark Rushing, and his wife, Karen; siblings, Bobby Self and Wanda Jones, Janie Klein, Sandra Hood, and Ruth Harrison. Joyce also leaves behind three grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Chris Mallie, Derek Klein, Tyler Self, Christopher Hood, Scottie Stockman, Dustin Kelley, and Bruce Self.
