Joyce Riggins Collins, age 70, of Clarksville passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at her home in Clarksville.

Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 11, 2023, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Pastor Betty Coghill officiating. She will be buried at Greenwood Cemetery.

She retired from 37 years of working for Department of Defense as Secretary to the Fort Campbell Dental Activity Commander.

The family will receive family and friends on Sunday, December 10, 2023  from 4 p.m.to 7 p.m. and again on Monday, December 11  from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Joyce entered this life on May 22, 1953 In Montgomery County to the late John Henry Riggins and the late Mary Lois Riggins.

She leaves in loving memory her husband, Dennis Collins and son Joshua Collins, 9 grandchildren, siblings, siblings Elsie Putnam (Springfield, TN). Shirley Copeland (Clarksville), Diana Jones (Washington), Esther Knight (Springfield, TN). She is preceded in death by her siblings Rosa Mosier, JD Riggins, Emmett OB Riggins, William Doug Riggins, John Riggins Jr.

Serving as pallbearers will be friends and family.
