Joy Dean Wall, 69, Cumberland Furnace, died Thursday, September 4, 2009, at Skyline Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Dr. Ted Denny officiating. Burial will be in Baggett's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born March 9, 1940 in Oklahoma City, OK, daughter of Herman C. Gainer and Beulah Cook Gainer. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother, George Gainer. Mrs. Wall was a retired day care owner, a member of Bethel Baptist Church, and held one of the highest offices in the Loyal Order of the Moose. Survivors include her son, Robert William (Annette) Wall of Cumberland Furnace; daughters Sheryl Lynn (Sam) Osman of Westland, MI and Kim (Carl) Whitehead of Cunningham; grandchildren Steven Osman, Shawn Osman, Robert Whitehead, Richard Whitehead, Tiffany Wall, and Teale (Dustin) Cook; and great-grandchildren Matthew, Murssa, Steven, Kendra, and Richard. Pallbearers will be Robert Whitehead, Richard Whitehead, Shawn Osman, Hugh Wall, Bric Wall, Dana Droulliard, Daryne Wall, and Daryle Wall.
