Johnny Atkins

Johnny Glenn Atkins, age 40 of Cumberland City passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021 at his home.
Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2021 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Purcell, Josh Gann, and Joseph Todd officiating. Burial will follow at Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 to 7 and again on Thursday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Johnny entered this life on September 14, 1981. He was a member of Compassion Church in Dickson, TN. Johnny was a loving husband, father, son, PopPop, and grandson. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Johnny is preceded in death by his son, Jonathan Glenn Atkins, and grandfather, Glenn Henry Atkins.
Survivors include his wife, Teri Lynn Atkins; parents, Joey and Brenda Atkins; children, Clayton Atkins, Shelby Atkins, Kaylee Atkins; grandmother, Margaret Atkins; children by marriage, Joseph (Morgan) Todd; grandchildren, Asher and Jacob Todd.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Todd, Scotty Stockman, Floyd Huff, Kenneth Huff, Michael Ramsey, Eddie Danner, Danny Birchfield, and Daniel Bustard.
