Survivors include his wife Kimberly Brooks Merrell of Erin,Tn.one step son Richard Brooks of Dickson,Tn.two daughters Nicole Merrell, Sierra Merrell and one step daughter Priscilla Brooks all of Erin,Tn. onesister Rose Roberts of Michigan
