John Gunson - 1951 John Albert Gunson, 59, Cumberland City, Tn., died Friday, January 28, 2011, at his residence. The funeral will be held at 2pm Sunday at Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Joel Nulty and Sis Stephanie Nulty officiating. Burial will be in Gunson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2pm until 8pm Saturday and from 8am until service Sunday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Gunson was born Febuary 25, 1951 in Cumberland City, Tn. son of the late Woodrow Gunson and Betty Daniel Gunson. He was a member of Stewart County Fire Rescue station 6 in Cumberland City, Tn. He is preceded in death by his father Woodrow Gunson. Surviviors include his wife Linda Bryant Gunson of Cumberland City, Tn., one daughter Carlotta (Bruce)Lontine of Cumberland City,Tn., mother Betty Gunson Daniel of Cumberland City, Tn., one brother Bill Gunson of Clarksville, Tn., two sisters Ida Walsh of Baltimore, MD., Alice(Vernon)Knight of Chattanooga, Tn., two grandsons Johnathon Stephen, Hunter Stephen both of Berlin N.H. one granddaughter Sierra Stephen of Cumberland City, Tn., two nieces and two nephews. The pallbearers will be Members of Fire Station 6 of Cumberland City, Tn.
