John Richard Boatwright, 55, Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Signature Healthcare.
He was born July 27, 1962 in Clarksville, and was the son of the late Daniel and Mary Brunson Boatwright.
Mr. Boatwright was a retired employee with City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation, attended Biker Church and was an active member of Bikers Who Care.
Survivors include his sister, Sharon (Gerald) Campbell; girlfriend, Suzanne Hollyfield; nephew, Madison (Jennifer) Campbell; niece, April (JB) Forrest; great-nieces, Jonna, Nora; and his uncle, Bobby (Betty) Jackson.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Bikers Who Care for Camp Rainbow.
