Joey Dwane Holmes, 51, Erin, died Monday, June 30, 2008, at Cumberland City ,Tn.. The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday at Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Frank Hickman and Bro. Chad Carson officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:30 pm till 8:00pm Wednesday and from 8:00am till service Thursday at Nave Funeral Home. He was born May 27, 1957 in Houston County, Tn. Son of the late Joel Holmes and Kathryn Stella Brooks Holmes. Survivors include his wife Debbie Holmes, one son Daniel Holmes, two brothers Richard Holmes, Donnie Holmes, six sisters, Trina Stone, Phillis Holmes, Tammie Bass, Patricia Schmittou, Cindy Boyles and Susie Kimbro and three grandchildren James VanHooser, Madison Holmes, Caitlyn Holmes. Pallbearers will be Leland Breeden, Ray Warfield, Bubba Smith, Randy Lewis, Brett Appleton and Joe Dozier
