Joey Baggett

Joey Baggett, age 60, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, August 27, 2023, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. David Mackens officiating. Burial will follow at Harvey Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 27th, 2023, from 11 a.m. to the hour of service.

Joey entered this life on September 10, 1962, in Houston County, TN to J.D. “Wacker” and Laverda Baggett. He had a well accomplished and fulfilling career with over 30 years of dedication at AO Smith. Outside of work, Joey enjoyed fishing, golfing, and riding his Harley. He was affectionally known as “Papa Joe” to his adoring grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, left to cherish his memory include his loving wife Angel of over 34 years; daughters, Shelly (Chris) Perrigo, and Jasmine Baggett; sister, Felecia “Flea” Olds; grandchildren, Wyatt Peairs, Koein Neely, Brynlee Neely, Kinlee Perrigo; mother-in-law, Carolyn Underwood, and many nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Maille, Dustin Kelly, Anthony Weatherford, Tony Patterson, Gary Peterson, Eric Willyerd, Tyler Self.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Mark Appleton, Bruce Self, Wyatt Peairs, Koein Neely.
