Joann Gallie, age 62 of Stewart, TN, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015 in Nashville, TN.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Wesley Seser officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
The Gallie family will receive friends on Wednesday beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Joann was born on August 21, 1953 in Todd County, KY, daughter to the late Irving and Mildred Summers Covington.
In addition to her parents, Joann was preceded in death by her grandsons, Draden and Hunter Gallie.
Joann loving wife, mother, and grandmother, is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Donald Gallie; daughters, Christina Ayala, Agneta Crawford; son, Joseph Jordan; brothers, Larry Covington, Ray Covington; sisters, Shirley Shoemake, Patsy Marsh, Vickie Webb, Mary Stavely, and Rita Watkins. Joann also leaves behind her loving grandchildren, Megan, Nicholas, Caitlynn, Arianna, Aubrey, Michael, Breanna, and Cory.
Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Covington, Jason Covington, Howard Crawford, Joseph Jordan, Wade Stavely, and Shane Covington.
