JoAnn Dunn

JoAnn B. Dunn, age 78, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, August 28, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Clarkville, Faith Building, with the Rev. Cal Hampton and Dr. Felts Dent officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
Her family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and 9 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at First Baptist Church.
JoAnn entered into this life on July 24, 1939 in Nashville to the late Fred and Aurelia Applegate Bowling. She was retired from a long time career in the banking industry where she most notably served in the capacities of CEO of Monsanto Credit Union and CFO of Fortera Credit Union. JoAnn was a member of the church family at First Baptist Church, Clarksville.
JoAnn was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Tracy Skidmore. Survivors include her husband, James W. "Jimmy" Dunn; daughter, Trina Stacy and her husband Wayne; children by marriage, Jim Dunn, David Dunn and wife Tracey, and Dana Dewberry; and her brother, Freddy Bowling. She was the grandmother to Meagan Miller, Morgan Mitchell, McKenzie Mitchell, Lindsay Henson, Megan Chatman, Lance Stacy, James Dunn, Vianne Dunn, Tyler Luckey, and Regan Luckey, Christopher Dewberry, and eight great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Doug Weiland, Mike Evans, Dwight Luton, Lowell Skidmore, Will Adams, Roger Maness, Steve Miller, and Mike Darnell. Honorary pallbearers will be Carl Wilson, Rudy Johnson, Price Hopson, Walter Haynes, David Chesney, Jeff Burkhart, Richard Swift, Jerry Myers, and L.W. Harris.
