Jo Taylor

Jo Lynn Taylor, age 89, of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022, at Tennova Healthcare.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Jo entered into this life on May 19, 1932, in Fayetteville, TN, to the late Eugene and Josephine Taylor Wade. Jo was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville, TN. She retired from ACME Boot Company.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Shelton Taylor; son, Greg Taylor; daughter, Tracy Herrell; siblings, Ellis Taylor Wade, Glyndon Johnston, Eleanor Ruth Smith, Ethel Merle Haynes, Walter Higgins Wade, and Guy Forrest Wade.

Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer, and husband, Randy Ellis; son, Kerry Taylor; daughter-in-law (Greg's Widow), Carol Taylor; grandchildren, Lauren Ellis, Richard Taylor, Mitchell Taylor, Josh Taylor, Mackenzie Scott, Kelsey Baker; step-grandchildren, Katie Norfleet, Jessica Humphrey, Kyle Weatherford; eleven great-grandchildren.
