Jimmy Parker

Jimmy Lester Parker, age 86, currently of Clarksville, TN, formerly of Andalusia, AL passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at his home.

He will be laid to rest at 3 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.

Jimmy entered this life on May 22, 1937, in Andalusia, AL to the late Burns and Annie Reeves Parker. He was a Veteran of The United States Marine Corp and a self-employed contractor. Jimmy was a member of East Highland Baptist Church in his hometown.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his dear brothers; Wilson H. Parker “Bud”, Charles Parker, and Monroe Parker, as well as his dear sisters; Esther Davis, Carolyn Boggan, Margaret Cotton, and Virginia McCollugh.

Survivors include his loving wife, Wanda Parker; daughter, Leslie Parreco, and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, P.J., Ryker, and Piper Parreco as well as his loving sister, Betty Solace.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
