Jess Alan Hoak Jr, age 48 of Erin, TN, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2015 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.
Jess was born on September 11, 1966 in Key West, Florida, son of the late Jess Hoak and Gladys Brown .
Survivors include his loving wife, Rebecca Bailey Hoak; sons, Brit Hoak, Travis Hoak; daughters, Tiffany Stills, Samantha Bachorski; and brother, Jim Hoak. A memorial service will be 2pm Saturday at Tennessee Ridge Baptist Church with visitation with the family after 10am at the church.
