Jerry was born September 21, 1977 in McMinnville, TN.
He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Earl (Ernie) Stokes; paternal grandparents, Nelson and Reathy Stokes; maternal grandparents, William (Bill) and Janie Phillips.
Survivors include his mother, Deborah Kaye Phillips Stokes; twin brother, William Terry Stokes; and several aunts and uncles.
