Jerry Griffin

Jerry Leon Griffin, age 77, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Celebration of Life for both Jerry and his wife, Filiz, will be held 12 noon Friday, February 23, 2024, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. David Mackens officiating.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Jerry will be laid to rest along with his wife at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Military Honors will be held.

Jerry entered this life on September 12, 1946 in Mena, Arkansas to the late Jack and Jean Griffin. He was retired from The United States Army, after having honorably served for several years. Jerry was a Christian who found peace in nature. He loved being outdoors, fishing and being on the water.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Filiz Ayse Griffin.

Survivors include his son, Sean Griffin and his wife, Christi; grandchildren, Alex, Anna Grace, and Andrew Griffin; brother, Mike Griffin, and special family friend, Eloise Wilson.
