Jeannie Marie Shock

Surrounded by her family, Jeannie Marie (Murray) Shock of Clarksville, TN went home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 18, 2024 at the age of 61.

Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, February 22, 2024 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Windell Moore officiating.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 4 to 7 p.m. and again on Thursday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Jeannie was born to Francis and Dorothy (Norman) Murray on November 19, 1962. She graduated from Clarksville High School in 1980. She worked at Jostens, Inc for over 40 years and was a dedicated member of the Clarksville Church of God of Prophecy. Where she devoted time to children’s youth and women’s ministries, as well as leading worship. Jeannie loved her family, her grandchildren, and her friends.

In addition to her parents, Jeannie was preceded in death by her brother, Patrick Murray, and grandson, Gatlin James Norwood. She is survived by her daughter, Leslie (Jeremy) Norwood; grandchildren, Darcy and Mason Norwood; sisters, Barbara (Billy) Buchanan and Cynthia Minnick; nephew, Eric Buchanan; nieces, Michelle Williams and Valarie Buchanan; great-nephews, James Williams, Jr. and Wyatt Buchanan; great-nieces, Brianna Haumschild, Carly Buchanan, Maddie Buchanan, and Gracie Buchanan.
