Janet Kay Taylor Rood, 57, Clarksville, passed away Monday, November 19, 2012 at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital.
A celebration of her life will be 1 p.m., Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Bethel United Methodist Church with Rev. Cynthia Talley officiating. Burial will be in Sango Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the church.
She was born August 28, 1955 in Norfolk, NE and was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Florine Marotz Taylor.
She was a homemaker and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Randy Rood, Clarksville; son, Christopher Rood, Clarksville; daughter, Jennifer and her husband Billy Miller, Pleasant View; brothers, Dan Taylor, St. Paul, MN, John Taylor, Lincoln, NE; sister, Theresa Eddie, McLean, NE; and grandchildren, Brianna Miller, Chasydee Rood, Alexandria Miller, Madysn Rood, Gabriella Miller, Brylee Rood, Taylor Gage Rood and Rayli Elise Rood.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
