Janet Cleghern

Mrs. Janet Lynn Cleghern, age 61 of Houston County, TN, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in Nashville, TN.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 5th, 2022 at Erin United Methodist Church with Rev. Jamie Mandrell officiating.
The Cleghern family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the church, and again from 8:00 a.m. until the hour of the service Saturday morning.
Janet entered this life on April 5th, 1961 in Clarksville, TN, daughter to Robert and Bettye McGinnis. Janet was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her loving husband of 39 years, Tim Cleghern; daughters, Megan Mitchell (Travis) and Kristin Hill (Greg); grandchildren, Whit, Caroline, Ryan, and Brooks; her mother, Bettye McGinnis; brother, Barry McGinnis (Karen); as well as several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
Janet will be remembered as the queen of all celebrations, the most thoughtful gift giver, a faithful follower of Jesus, a loyal friend, and the world’s very best daughter, wife, mom, and Nan.
