Ed Waters - 1939 James Edward Waters, 69, Vanleer, died Wednesday, June 17,2009, at Patient'sChoice Medical Center. Graveside services will be held at 10am Saturday with Rev.Beverly Dycus officiating. Burial will be in Patterson Cemetery. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born December 14,1939 in Hazelhurst,GA.son of the late Wesley and Lollie Mae Tanner Waters. Survivors include his wife Karen Gdovin Waters of Vanleer,Tn.Mother-In-Law Ruth McGowan.six daughters Regina Tanner of Waycross,Ga.Renee Harrell of West Green,Ga.Sandy Watkins of Winter Haven,Fl.Sherry Hickox of Waycross,Ga.Donna Boone of Ashland City,Tn.Brenda Harrell of Dickson,Tn.four sisters Trellis Meeks of Nichols,Ga.Joyce Shoston of Jesup,Ga.Sue Taylor of Waycross,Ga.Gail Smith of Homersville,Ga. 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
