James Smith

Rev. James V. Smith passed away November 10,2011 at Patients Choice Medical Center in Erin, Tn. Funeral services will be held 10am Sunday November 13, 2011 at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Artist Waynick officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30pm until 8pm Saturday and 8am until service Sunday. He will be buried at Stewart County Memorial Gardens in Dover, Tn. Mr Smith was born July 21, 1928 in Gibson County, Tn son of the late Willie L. and Betty Curtis Smith. He is preceded in death by his wife Lillian W. Smith, parents and two brothers Edward Smith and Clifford Smith.. He is survived by one son James W. (Kathie)Smith of McEwen, Tn., one step-son Joseph(Patty) Weaks of Clarksville, Tn., one step-daughter Anne (Tom) Osborne of Tn. Ridge Tn., two sisters Mary Padgett of McEwen Tn., Irene Brake of Waverly, Tn., one grandson Brandon Smith, two granddaughters Wincie Moore, Rebecca Toon, three step-granddaughters Angie Marshall, Amy Kelly, Jeannetta Horne, six great, great grandchildren and six step great, great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Shannie Brake, Stacy Brake, Tom Metcalf, Stephan Marshall, James Kelley and Jessie Horn.
