James Neblett

James Warren Neblett, 85, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 25, 2015 at his residence, surrounded by family.
He was born July 6, 1930 in Montgomery County to the late John Thomas and Louise Bumpus Neblett. He was a lifelong member of Mt. Zion UMC and a proud veteran of the United States Marines. During his lifetime, he retired from both Frosty Morn and Interstate Motors.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years; Sue McCurdy Neblett, sons; John (Sherry) Neblett, Steve (Karen) Neblett, grandchildren; Brittnye (Dustin) Scogin, Demmi Neblett, Jake Neblett, great-grandchildren; Austin Scogin, Jackson Scogin, brothers; Thomas Neblett, Wayne (Valerie) Neblett.
Visitation will be held at McReynolds, Nave, and Larson on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with funeral to directly follow at 2:00 p.m. Services will be officiated by Rev. Bob Niles and Rev. Melvin Brooks. Burial will take place at Mt. Zion UMC Cemetery in Cunningham, TN.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Mt. Zion UMC Cemetery in Cunningham, TN.
