James T. Morrison, 86, passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Spring Meadows Healthcare.
A celebration of his life will be held 5 p.m., Sunday, December 4, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel Rev. George Adair officiating. A private burial will be in Bethel Freewill Baptist Cemetery in Cheatham County.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the hour of service Sunday at the funeral home.
J.T. was born October 8, 1930 in Montgomery County, TN and was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Etha Mae Sensing Morrison; and his wife, Nelda Morrison.
He was retired from State Stove and was a member of Waltons Chapel.
Survivors include his son, James T. (Tina) Morrison; step-daughter, Hope Kendall; brother, Roy Morrison; sister, Mary Ruth Morrow.
