James "Jimmy" Rosser

James “Jimmy” Rosser of Wears Valley, TN formerly of Clarksville, went to be with the Lord, Monday, April 20, 2015 at U.T. Medical Center, Knoxville, TN
A celebration of his life will be held 2 p.m. Friday, April 24, 2015 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with the Rev. Roy Gose officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home.
Jimmy was born February 16, 1946 in Montgomery County, TN son of the late, Carl R. and Margaret Hunter Rosser. Jimmy was a member of The Little Church in The Valley. He was a retired Aviation Sheet-metal Mechanic with Dynacorp. Jimmy served 4 years active duty in the US Navy as a Chief and 20 years in the reserves. Jimmy was a member of The Queen City Masonic Lodge 761, Shriners, VFW & the American Legion.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Vicki Wall Rosser (Former wife, Elizabeth Faye Rosser); son, Jamie Rosser; daughters, Melissa (Jose) Rivera, Heather Alumbaugh, Neeley Johnson, Shalyn Poole and 12 beloved grandchildren.
Serving as Pallbearers will be, Dean Christy, Ron Woodall, Don Johnson, Billy Wall, Erik Powers, Ethan Suiter, Ward Suiter and Ricky Wall
