James Dotson

James Michael Dotson, 65, Clarksville, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013 at his residence.
A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m., Monday, July 15, 2013 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Revs. Sam Suk Yang and Greg Knowles officiating. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, with full military honors.
Visitation will be Sunday from 4-7 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Mr. Dotson was born November 14, 1947 in Ridgely, TN and was preceded in death by his parents, J.L. and Valeria Cavness Dotson; and his brother, Ronnie Dotson.
He was a retired SSG with the U.S. Army and a member of Clarksville Church.
Survivors include his wife, Kyoung Ae Kang Dotson, Clarksville; children, Terry Dotson, Knoxville, Connie Lee, Clarksville, Danny Dotson, Louisville, KY; sisters, Vicki Bock, Ridgely, TN, Barbara Dotson, Tiptonville, TN; grandchildren, Michael Grala, Kaylea Grala, Kelsea Grala, Ryan Lee, Jacob Lee; and great-grandchild, Aria Sexton.
