James “Jamie” Arthur Black, age 81 of Erin, TN, passed away Friday, December 4, 2020 at Houston County Community Hospital.
A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 6, 2020 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Peach Grove Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Sunday afternoon.
James entered this life on January 9, 1939 in Houston County, TN, son to the late Virgil and Marie Black.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his siblings, Edward Black, Howard Black, Norma Black, Billy Black, Melvin Black, Marvin Black, Wayne Black, and Randy Black.
Jamie leaves behind his loving sister, Peggy (Roy) Weaver.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jared Black, Marvin Black, Donnie Black, Jerry Lee Black, Edwin Baggett, Kyle Pointer, Jeremey Black, and Micah Black.
