James Baggett

James Lee `Al Douchy` Baggett, 50, Cunningham, died Friday, September 12, 2008, at his residence. The funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Bethel Baptist Church with Dr. Ted Denny officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Sunday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the church.
McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born January 31, 1958 in Montgomery County and was preceded in death by his parents, James Paul and Gelena Lee Powell Baggett. Mr. Baggett retired from Trane Company after 26 years as a specialist and expeditor. He was a Free Mason and a founding member of Bethel Baptist Church where he was a drummer. Survivors include his wife, Janet Lynn Rye Baggett, sons, Toby Lee (Tash) Baggett, Marty Morgan Baggett, brothers, Mark Andrew (Beth) Baggett, John Wayne Baggett, grandchildren, Alex, Makayla and Morgan, all of Cunningham.
