James Baggett

James I. “Buster” Baggett, age 76 of Palmyra, passed away on November 10, 2014 at his residence.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday at the church.
A celebration of his life will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014 at Baggett’s Chapel Church of God with Rev. David Mackens officiating. Burial will follow at Baggett’s Chapel Cemetery.
Buster was born on May 7, 1938 in Montgomery County, the son of Hershel Baggett and Ruby Richardson Baggett. He retired from the Clarksville Street Department.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Cothran Baggett and his daughter, Cynthia Ann Baggett.
He is survived by his sisters, Kathy Fisher of Cunningham and Rebecca Steeley of Clarksville.
Pallbearers will be Danny Baggett, Dale Baggett, Jason Baggett, Randy Steeley, Jason Fisher, Charles Fisher, Mason Fisher, Russell Fisher, Dillion Steeley, and Donald Crawford.
Nathan Fisher will serve as an Honorary Pallbearer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Baggett’s Chapel Church of God.
