James Lloyd Amburgey, age 66, Clarksville, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
James was born June 9, 1946 in Clinton, IN, son of Lloyd Everett and Ruth Virginia Farner Amburgey. He was retired from a 45 year career as a truck driver and had honorably served in the U.S. Army.
James was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Burris Amburgey.
Survivors include his brothers, Leland (Connie) Amburgey of KS, Clarence (Linda) Amburgey of IN, Lawrance (Helen) Amburgey of KS, and Ted (Amy) Amburgey, and sister, Marilyn (Danny) Turner of Woodlawn.
