Jair Barros Stidsen, 80, Atlanta, GA, formerly of Clarksville, died Thursday, July 31, 2008, in Atlanta, GA.
Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
She was born in Recife, Brazil in 1928 to Felix Antonio de Silva and Rita Barros da Silva. Mrs. Stidsen came to the United States and became a U.S. citizen in April 1958. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother all throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Earl Axel Stidsen, and survived by her son Eric Stidsen, daughter Jarisa Blaylock, and eight grandchildren.
