Jacob Ketchum

Jacob Allen Ketchum, 4, Clarksville, went to be with Jesus, Saturday , May 29, 2010, at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. A celebration of life service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Spring Creek Baptist Church with Revs. Paul Bunger and Paul Trussell officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the church. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Jacob was born December 17, 2005 at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Ft. Campbell, the son of AJ and Dana Centers Ketchum. He attended Spring Creek Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Roger Dale Centers and his paternal grandfather, James Arthur Ketchum. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Dwaine (Chick) and Pat Sheward; paternal grandparents, Bob and Lois Nichols; maternal great-grandmother, Adell Trussell; paternal great-grandmother, Louise VanDyke and his brother, Samuel David Ketchum. Pallbearers will be the Deacons of Spring Creek Baptist Church.
